Perth Takes Two Of Three Games To Win Australian Baseball League Championship
The Perth Heat have won the championship in the inaugural season of the Australian Baseball League. They defeated the Adelaide Bite 7-1 in the decisive game three of the final series on Sunday to clinch the title. Starting pitcher Benjamin Moore led the way, allowing just one run on four hits in nine impressive innings. He struck out ten batters in the complete game.
