July 2nd Class Of 2011: Position Players

As the year begins and organizations start preparing for Spring Training, the scouting focus turns to the International signing period. The D.P.L. July 2nd class will start getting strong looks by organizations positioning themselves with the right player. Final decision will probably be made after the June draft in the U.S. and negotiations can be made only on or after July 2nd. This years D.P.L. position player poll carry some exciting players to follow, here are a few names that are creating some buzz.
