There's now, officially, an announced deadline in the Albert Pujols negotiations.

Out of respect for Tuesday's awarding of the Presidential Medal of Freedom to Stan Musial, the Cardinals and representation for first baseman Albert Pujols have agreed to push back the deadline for talks on a contract extension to 11 a.m. (St. Louis time) Wednesday.
