It seems lately I’ve been targeting Tony LaRussa. That’s purely a coincidence, I assure you. I have no beef with the Cardinal manager. But posts like the one Bernie penned on Sunday make it hard to ignore him. Read the article at your leisure, but the gist of it is ‘LaRussa doesn’t trust the new statistics, and insists on ignoring them to build a team his way and in his image.’
