Starting with a report on MLB.com and then a confirmation from The Chicago Sun-Times, word spread swiftly around the lobby here at Walt Disney World's Dolphin Resort: The Chicago Cubs had not only met a second time with Scott Boras, the agent for first baseman Carlos Pena, but they had signed him.
