Tommy Herr, Mike Matheny Inducted Into Missouri Sports Hall Of Fame

Late Kickapoo High School girls basketball coach Stephanie Phillips, along with former St. Louis Cardinals Tom Herr and Mike Matheny, will be inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame next month, the Hall announced today.
