Three Teams Waiting On Mark Prior's Decision
Mark Prior, free agent, RHP — The once highly touted Prior has spent three years trying to come back from a torn labrum. He last pitched in the majors in 2006 for the Cubs, the team that took him second overall in the 2001 draft. Three teams are waiting to hear his decision, according to agent John Boggs, and he’ll make it soon. Prior, who won 18 games for the Cubs at age 22, has gone from barely being able to break the low 80s on the radar gun to a respectable low 90s. It would be quite a story if he pulls it off.
