Ryan Franklin Will Be Absent A Few Games; Albert Pujols Returns; A Vote For David Freese; Impact Is The Goal; Ect....
Closer Ryan Franklin has been granted leave from the club to return home to Oklahoma and tend to a "personal issue that he's going to take care of," manager Tony La Russa said. The veteran reliever is expected to rejoin the club this weekend, later in the series against San Diego.
