Jaime Garcia Has Credentials For Rookie Award; Cardinals Go (Tyler) Greene; Albert Pujols Is Renominated; Coaching Additions
Jaime Garcia, who has more victories than any other rookie pitcher in the National League and the fifth lowest earned-run average (2.35) for pitchers of any level of experience in the league, will seek his 14th victory of the season tonight when he faces the Milwaukee Brewers. Garcia is 2-1 with a 1.08 ERA against the Brewers in four starts this year.
