Groundbreaking Kicks Off Construction Project
Officials from the City of Davenport, members of the design team and River Bandits General Manager Kirk Goodman were part of a groundbreaking ceremony held outside of Modern Woodmen Park on Saturday, September 5. The ceremony marks the official start of construction on a nearly $3 million improvement and flood prevention project around the front plaza and west parking lot of the River Bandits' home.
