Drug List Appeal Is Again Rejected

An appeals court ruled Monday that federal prosecutors illegally seized drug testing information for more than 100 baseball players who tested positive for steroids in 2003. The United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled, 9-2, that the authorities could not keep the tests.
