It's not too soon to start looking ahead to 2011.
Major League Baseball released the '11 schedules for all 30 clubs on Tuesday, and it's fair to say the Cardinals' slate is an interesting one. Among the highlights are a Thursday, March 31 opener against the Padres, the team's first visit to Baltimore and nine home games against the rival Cubs.
The St. Louis Cardinals announced their 2011 regular season schedule today in conjunction with Major League Baseball’s league-wide release. The Cardinals will open the season at home for the eighth time out of the past 12 seasons in a mid-week Thursday match-up vs. the San Diego Padres at 3:15 p.m. (CDT).
