Albert Pujols Up For Prestigious Roberto Clemente Award

Albert Pujols is a three-time National League Most Valuable Player Award winner, a nine-time All-Star, a five-time Silver Slugger Award winner -- and now a seven-time nominee for the Roberto Clemente Award presented by Chevy.
The Cardinals’ Albert Pujols again has been chosen as his team's nominee for the Roberto Clemente Award, which Pujols won in 2008. The award is given for outstanding play on the field and for excellence in community service.
No player ever has won the honor twice.
