Adam Wainwright Had An Off-Night Tuesday - Or Did He?
In Tuesday’s loss to the Cubs, Adam Wainwright gave up five runs — the second-biggest total of his season — and 12 hits to the Cubs and saw his ERA tick up to 2.50 from 2.38. Yet he struck out eight batters, walked only one and kept the ball in the park. What’s going on?
