Where Are They Now: Bud Smith
FOXSportsMidwest.com is checking up on former St. Louis Cardinals who have retired and moved on from baseball. Today we talk with former left-handed pitcher Bud Smith, who threw a no-hitter as a rookie with the Cardinals in 2001 but was plagued with injury problems after being traded to the Phillies for Scott Rolen in 2002. Smith never pitched in the big leagues again after he was traded. The 31-year-old now lives with his wife Angela and 4-year-old son Tyler in Long Beach, California.
