Former Cardinals reliever Tom Henke joins the show. Henke talks about players using video, which wasn't prevalent until the end of his career. With today's young pitchers like Jaime Garcia, it seems as if fastballs are coming back into the game. Henke remarks that players have more tools and exercises to hone their skills.
