Shelby Miller Would Certainly Tempt The Astros To Trade Roy Oswalt
Shelby Miller is a hard-throwing Texan, and as the 2009 draft approached, the Astros were focused on him. They grew more hopeful as the first round unfolded, and then two picks before their turn came up, the St. Louis Cardinals grabbed him with the 19th pick.
