Before Nava's RBI single, the Red Sox managed just two runs off Orioles starter Brad Bergesen, on solo homers by J.D. Drew.
Drew hit his first homer of the game in the second inning, which went just over the Green Monster. Then in his next at-bat in the fifth, he belted another solo shot, his 10th of the year, tying the score at 2.
