Cavan Cohoes: Playing Baseball In Europe

It is not often that a United States high schooler has an opportunity to play baseball in Europe. Cavan Cohoes is being given that chance. Next year he will be eligible for the 2011 major league draft and one person from Europe has informed me that he likes this kids tools better than Max Kepler, a recent German signing by the Minnesota Twins for $800,000. Cavan also has his sites set on playing college, coming from Europe via Omaha, Nebraska, so he knows what the College World Series is all about. He would like to play shortstop or centerfield.
