Soon to be Hall of Famer Whitey Herzog will be visiting one of his favorite spots tonight -- Whitey Herzog Field at Citizen's Park in Belleville -- as part of the plaque dedication ceremony tonight honoring longtime Belleville Hilgards coaches Barney Elser and John Schmidt.
