Fischer, a left-handed pitcher whose fastball has hit 89 mph and owns a nasty change-up and curve, has been scouted the Los Angelos Angels of Anaheim, Cincinnatti Reds, Washington Nationals, Oakland Athletics, Philadelphia Phillies, St. Louis Cardinals and Milwaukee Brewers.
