In December 2009 it was announced 2010 would see the birth of the first Latino Baseball Hall of Fame located in the Dominican Republic. On May 29th, the first Induction Ceremony will be celebrated at the Altos de Chavon amphitheatre in Casa de Campo, as it was announced at a historic press conference a couple of weeks ago, unveiling the names of the first inductees.
