A bad-news weekend for the Cardinals got worse on Saturday when Kyle Lohse suffered a relapse of the forearm injury that hindered him for much of the 2009 season.

After his start Saturday detonated on him, St. Louis Cardinals righthander Kyle Lohse disclosed to the team and media that he had discomfort in his right forearm and a stiffening sensation in the same area of his arm that led to two stints on the disabled list last season.
