Red Sox right fielder J.D. Drew's right hamstring improved the point that he was able to be in the starting lineup for Wednesday night's game against the Twins. Drew exited Tuesday's game when his hamstring tightened up running the bases during Boston's game-turning four-run rally at Yankee Stadium.
