Matt Holliday was kept out of the Cardinals' lineup on Friday against the Mets due to illness. Allen Craig was tabbed to start in his place in left field.

The tarp is on the field at Busch Stadium and batting practice for both teams was rained out — the Cards got a little bit of infield in before they put the tarp down and the Mets are throwing in the outfield now.
