Lots, and lots, and lots of questions tonight on Twitter (@MatthewHLeach) regarding the sequence of events and decisions and whatnot on a rainy night like this. So I'm going to try to clear up what the rules dictate, at least. Until and unless we hear from the umpires, the full thought process remains somewhat unknown. But the rules limit a lot of what is allowed. So here's what the rules call for:
