Part of Jaime Garcia’s rehab from Tommy John surgery was days and days of mundane activities that are later billed as milestones. That includes the act of playing catch. That’s it. Just lining up on one of the outfields down there in Jupiter, Fla., and tossing the old horsehide around with someone.
