St. Louis Cardinals first baseman Albert Pujols left campus this morning to have an MRI taken of his lower back and to receive an anti-inflammatory shot to the area. Pujols will miss at least the next couple days, though general manager John Mozeliak is hopeful this is the final dose of treatment for the back stiffness that has followed Pujols throughout this spring.
