About 15 strides from the St. Louis Cardinals major-league clubhouse here at Roger Dean Stadium there is a series of six mounds — nicknamed the “six pack” — that is the busiest plot of land these days at spring training. Before pitchers and catchers officially report for spring training many are unofficially throwing informal bullpen sessions.
