The great Satchel Paige often dispensed the following advice: "Don't look back. Something might be gaining on you."
Those in Minor League Baseball would do well to follow Paige's mantra. The 2009 season is in the books and a new one is right around the corner. Now is the time to look toward 2010 -- and beyond.
