Cardinals player David R. Freese had a blood alcohol content of 0.232 when he was stopped by a police officer on Saturday, according to a police report released Tuesday. Under state law, drivers in Missouri are considered to be intoxicated at 0.08. The Maryland Heights Police Department released the report to the Post-Dispatch in response to a Freedom of Information Act request.
