Cardinals Congratulate Whitey Herzog On Hall Of Fame Selection
St. Louis Cardinals team Chairman William DeWitt Jr. this afternoon congratulated Whitey Herzog on being selected for induction into the Baseball Hall of Fame by the Hall of Fame Veterans Committee for Managers and Umpires.
