Club officials met Wednesday with Gregg Clifton, the agent for free-agent left-hander Mark Mulder.
The Brewers next will examine Mulder's medical reports. After that, the team could reunite Mulder with his former pitching coach with the A's, Rick Peterson. -- Ken Rosenthal
