The stencils for the National League Division Series logos that will be painted on the grass have arrived, but the grounds crew is waiting until the eve of the first playoff game at Busch Stadium to do the decorating. That doesn’t mean something symbolic of the season won’t greet fans anew tonight at the ballpark.
