Albert Pujols Wins Peers Vote As NL's Outstanding Player

Cardinals first baseman and presumptive National League MVP Albert Pujols continued his annual award haul Thursday morning with the announcement that he’s the Players Choice winner as the NL’s Outstanding Player. The award is voted on by the players to serve as the union’s equivalent of the MVP award.
