The Office of the Commissioner of Baseball announced today that two Minor League players, pitcher Jose Dominguez of the Los Angeles Dodgers organization, and outfielder Waldo Rosario of the Tampa Bay Rays organization, have received 50-game suspensions after each tested positive for Stanozolol, a performance-enhancing substance, in violation of the Minor League Drug Prevention and Treatment Program.
