Labor Day Signals Crunch Time In Majors

It is the end-of-summer barbecue. It is the end of a long, relaxing weekend. It is when the kids have already gone back to school, or are getting ready to do so. Labor Day can symbolize a lot of things to a lot of people, but for baseball teams trying to pin down a postseason berth, it is the unofficial beginning of crunch time.
