The Brewers, seemingly on the verge of retaining manager Ken Macha, are considering hiring a former colleague of Macha's from the Oakland A's — pitching coach Rick Peterson.

jrocke217 says: If everyone does no know, Peterson has been working with Mulder as he rehabs from his many surgeries over the past couple years. There was some interest earlier in the season, on the Brewers part to take a look at Mulder.
