Mark DeRosa's injured left wrist will be re-evaluated today.
St. Louis Cardinals manager Tony La Russa, serving as a coach for the National League in the 80th annual All-Star Game on Tuesday night at Busch Stadium, identified DeRosa as one of the keys to the Cardinals' second half, and he's hoping the recently acquired third baseman will soon be ready.
