Albert Pujols ended his streak of at-bats without an extra-base hit at 40 when he doubled into the left-field corner in the fourth inning tonight against Los Angeles lefthander Clayton Kershaw at Busch Stadium. But the leadoff hit didn’t lead to anything for the Cardinals.
