Giants batting coach Carney Lansford couldn't help but notice at the team's recent 1989 reunion that about 20 ex-Giants were brought back for ceremonies. The A's, who swept the Giants in the 1989 World Series, are having their reunion tonight. At last count, 11 ex-A's will participate.
