Alvaro Lopez made one start pitching seven innings, allowing seven hits, one earned run, one walk, and striking out five. He picked up his ninth (9-3) win of the season and saw his ERA improve from 1.35 to 1.34.
Walter Santos is still on the injury reserve list.
Boer-Managua (11-9) takes on the first place team, Rivas (13-7), for a four-game series starting Friday, June 12.
