Edgard Montiel played in four games going 4-for-12 (.333) with one double and two walks. His season batting average improved from .265 to .271.
Alvaro Lopez made one start and pitched 7.2 innings allowing seven hits, one earned run, five walks, and struck out four for a no decision. His ERA improved to 1.33 and is the league leader.
Walter Santos is still on the injury reserve list.
Boer-Managua (13-11) begins a four-game series with Chinandega (8-16) on Friday, June 19. Boer is two games back of league leader Rivas (15-9).
