Rick Ankiel is still gradually working his way back to full health.
Ankiel, reinstated from the 15-day disabled list on Sunday, was back out of the St. Louis lineup again on Monday. The outfielder continues to deal with some residual soreness from his May 4 collision with the Busch Stadium outfield wall. Nick Stavinoha started in his place in right field.
