Miguel Cairo Accepts Assignment To Minors, Assigned To Phillies' Triple-A Lehigh Valley

The Phillies agreed Monday to a Minor League contract with catcher Paul Bako, while infielder Miguel Cairo accepted a Minor League assignment.
