Cardinals starter Kyle Lohse arrived at Busch Stadium on Sunday morning with a large welt on his right forearm and the imprint of the word "Rawlings" still visible after being hit by Royals pitcher Ron Mahay while attempting a bunt in the eighth inning of Saturday's 5-0 win.
