Quad Cities' reliever Casey Mulligan swept the "Minor League Pitcher of the Month" honors this week, being named the Cardinals' organizational & the Birdhouse "Pitcher of the Month" for April, as the stock of this converted catcher begins to rise as he becomes a legitimate pitching prospect.
