P.J. Walters Leads Big Z

Rookie PJ Walters needed 60 pitches — that’s right, 60 — to navigate the first two innings against the Chicago Cubs Friday. Yet Walters has just re-taken the mound with a 4-3 lead in the bottom of the third inning. Albert Pujols’ sacrifice fly and Ryan Ludwick’s three-run home run off Cubs starter Carlos Zambrano reversed a 3-0 deficit.
