Brian Sabean told me there hasn’t been much initial interest in Rule 5 draftee Luis Perdomo, but that could change. The Giants have nine more days to work out a trade for Perdomo; if he isn’t traded or claimed off waivers by another club, he’d have to be offered back to the St. Louis Cardinals.
