Juan Cabrera - Rieleros de Empalme (Cabrera was released from the GCL Cardinals after the 2007 season)
Rayner Laya played for Azules de Mexicali in 2008 and also played in the Veracruz Instructional League this past winter. He may or may not show up sometime during the 2009 season.
